Our team combines the leadership of our Academy Director, a Critical Care Paramedic with extensive frontline experience, and communication specialists from Einsatz+ UG in Hamburg, experts in emergency communication and operational strategy.

Together, we offer a unique balance between practice and theory, ensuring that every training module reflects both real-world challenges and evidence-based principles.
